Notification of Unauthorized Access to File Server

MinebeaMitsumi Inc. (the "Company" or "we") confirmed on March 11, 2025 that it detected unauthorized access to its network by a third party. As a result of an immediate internal investigation, it was discovered that this unauthorized access may have resulted in the unauthorized reading of some of the data on the file server.

After confirming this unauthorized access, we promptly took the necessary measures, including restricting access from outside the Company and blocking the connection route from internal to external networks. We have already reported the matter to the relevant authorities, and are currently investigating the scope of the impact with the cooperation of security specialists and other organizations. Simultaneously, the Company is working to strengthen information security and consider preventive measures to avoid a recurrence. At this time, we have not confirmed any damage to our business.
